A quote request is not a confirmed order. Pricing and production timing are confirmed after we review the specifications, quantity, materials and artwork.
Artwork & ownership
Customer-supplied material remains the customer’s. Riot Media retains its original designs, digitized files, production artwork and working files unless a written agreement says otherwise.

Riot Media collects the name, business, contact information and project details you provide through the quote form. This information is sent to RiotFlow and used to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation and manage the related project. Information may be retained as part of Riot Media’s business records. Quotation, artwork & creative ownership +
Customer-supplied material. The customer retains ownership of logos, photographs, text and other material supplied to Riot Media and confirms that they have permission to use and reproduce it.
Riot Media-created material. Unless a quotation, invoice or separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, Riot Media retains ownership and copyright in original concepts, designs, digitized embroidery files, production-ready artwork, working/source files, templates, setups and production methods created by Riot Media. Payment covers the agreed products, services and listed deliverables; it does not automatically transfer working, source or digitized files.
Project photography and portfolio use. Riot Media may photograph or record the production process and completed work only according to the portfolio preference selected by the customer. If permission is granted, Riot Media may use that content on its website, portfolio, social media and marketing. A customer may request confidentiality before production or withdraw permission for future use by contacting Riot Media. Images identifying a person may require separate permission.
Artwork quality. Low-resolution, AI-generated or Canva artwork may require assessment, recovery, recreation or customer-supplied print-ready files. Riot Media will request approval before proceeding with adjusted artwork or production.
